Projects whose own record says a rezoning was involved
Mooresville records a rezoning case number, Cornelius an approval type, Huntersville a plan type of “Rezoning”. A rezoning means the project needed a public process. It does not record whether people supported or opposed it — no town here publishes sentiment, comment or attendance data. Davidson publishes no approval field at all.
A blank cell means the town does not publish that field — not that the value is zero. Totals above count only the towns that publish the measure, and say so. yes* means acres are computed from the town's parcel polygons because it publishes no acreage field.
